If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!

 

We offer easy returns for exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

We don't offer refunds.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Only site wide sales will be eligible for exchanges for a limited period*.  

• We don't offer exchange/return on our "Up-cycled accessories" & "Masks" collection.

• Items returned for exchange must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

• Items returned for exchange must have no visible signs of wear or use.

It takes upto 7 days to receive your replacement product, or store credit.

How we handle lost or damaged returns?

• If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
